This video captures the powerful voice of Geraldine Bilston, survivor of domestic family violence, talk about the need for active listening of professionals willing to act to be guided by victims’/survivor’s voices.

She wants to see professionals and police find a way to work with and be guided by the lived experiences of victims/survivors to drive improvement in the design of policies and delivery of services across the DV sector.
